Sally Moore

Licensed in Michigan 1996 and New York 2011. Educated at the University of Detroit Mercy Law. Over 20 years in litigation initially with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office handling criminal matters on all levels throughout the Wayne County Criminal Court. Began civil litigation with The Auto Club (AAA) with No Fault and Bodily Injury defense practice. Represented major auto insurance carriers State Farm Insurance Company, Allstate Insurance Company, GEICO and Nationwide Insurance Company in Michigan and New York. Previous cases include all aspects of No-fault, bodily injury, slip and fall as well as construction related labor law matters under personal insurance and multi-million dollar commercial insurance lines. Sally has tried numerous civil matters to verdict with success.

Sally spent two years with the City of Detroit Law Department defending against serious auto related claims as well as civil rights/police misconduct actions before leaving the defense practice to join Elia and Ponto, PLLC.
